Detection settings
Detection is tuned per organization. Admins control which categories are scanned from the web portal at app.sanitized.ai.
Categories
- Personal data (PII): names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, government IDs.
- Secrets and credentials: API keys, tokens, passwords pasted by mistake.
- Confidential business terms: words and phrases specific to your organization, such as client names or project code names.
Enable the categories that matter to your organization. Changes apply to all members.
Custom terms
Add your own terms to the confidential business list to catch things generic detection can’t know about: client names, internal project names, or deal codenames.
Testing your configuration
After changing settings, send a test prompt containing an example from an enabled category. It should be flagged before it’s sent.
