Signing in

You sign in to Sanitized AI in two places: the browser extension (to be protected) and the web portal (admins only).

With your work email

Sign in with the email address your organization invited. If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in page: password resets are self-serve via an emailed link.

With SSO

If your organization uses Microsoft or Google single sign-on, choose Sign in with SSO and pick your work account. No separate password is needed.

Note

Signing in via SSO for the first time creates your account with the User role. The web portal is admin-only, so if you need portal access, ask an existing admin to promote your account.

Check the extension icon: grey means signed out or not yet a member of an active organization. See Common questions for troubleshooting.
