Signing in
Sanitized AI has no passwords. You sign in with your work email, and then either open a single-use link that Sanitized AI emails you, or sign in with your company account (Google, Microsoft, or Okta). Your organization decides which of these you can use.
Where you sign in
You might sign in in two places:
- The browser extension. Everyone who uses the extension signs in to it. This is what protects you. For the steps, see Install and sign in to the extension.
- The web dashboard at app.sanitized.ai. Admins, Dashboard only accounts, and anyone with people reporting to them sign in here. For which pages you get, see Roles and access levels.
If you’re a Member and nobody reports to you, you only need the extension.
Sign in to the web dashboard
- Go to app.sanitized.ai.
- In Work email, enter your work email address, and then click Continue.
- Choose how to sign in. You only see the options your organization allows:
- To get a link by email, click Email me a sign-in link. Then open the email Your Sanitized AI sign-in link and click Sign in to Sanitized AI.
- To use your company account, click Google, Microsoft, or Okta, and then sign in as you usually do at work.
You land on the dashboard. A Member with nobody reporting to them lands on a Your account is active page instead. That’s expected: see Roles and access levels.
About sign-in links
- A link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
- Each new link you ask for cancels any earlier link that you haven’t used.
- A link only signs in the address it was sent to.
- Sign-in emails come from
no-reply@sanitized.ai. If you don’t see one within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. - If you asked for the link from the browser extension, open it in the same browser where the extension is installed. Otherwise, the extension can’t finish signing in.
How long you stay signed in
- Web dashboard: 24 hours. After that, sign in again.
- Browser extension: you stay signed in for a period your organization sets, including after you restart your browser. When it runs out, the extension asks you to sign in again.
An admin can also sign you out of every device and app at once. When that happens, sign in again as usual.
If you can’t sign in
The following table lists the messages you might see and what to do.

Sign out
- Web dashboard: click Sign Out at the bottom of the sidebar, or on the Your account is active page.
- Browser extension: see Install and sign in to the extension.
