For managers
If people report to you in Sanitized AI, you get a team dashboard. It shows how your team uses AI tools and what Sanitized AI caught, so you can follow up before a habit becomes a problem. It’s read-only: admins manage the rules.
You get a team dashboard if either of these is true:
- Your access level is Dashboard only.
- You’re a Member or an Admin, and at least one person reports to you.
- Go to app.sanitized.ai.
- Enter your work email, click Continue, and follow the sign-in option your organization uses. See Signing in.
In the sidebar, you see Overview, My Team, Events, and Data Insights. Dashboard only accounts and Members see them under the label Manager’s View, and Members also see My Activity. Admins see these pages alongside their admin pages.
Who you can see
Your team dashboard includes:
- The people who report to you directly.
- Everyone further down that line.
A banner at the top of each page confirms the scope, for example Showing your 4 direct reports. Plus 12 people under them.
Your own activity isn’t part of your team view. If you use the extension, it’s on My Activity.
If the banner says No direct reports assigned to you yet, ask your admin to set the people who report to you.
What each page shows
- Overview: the main numbers for the period you choose, recent events, and the guardrails that fire most. See Overview and Data Insights.
- My Team: the people who report to you. The Extension column shows Installed once a person’s extension has reported in, or Not detected. To include everyone further down the line, turn on Include the number people under them. Click a person to see their activity.
- Events: each prompt or file that was flagged, with what the person did next. See Events.
- Data Insights: risk scores, trends, and a downloadable report. See Overview and Data Insights.
What you can’t see
Nobody sees prompt text in the dashboard. You see what kind of data was caught, on which AI tool, when, and what the person did about it, such as sanitizing the prompt or sending it anyway. For details, see Privacy.
Put it to use
- Check the Extension column on My Team. Someone marked Not detected might not have installed the extension yet. Point them to Install and sign in.
- Look for repeated overrides. A person who often clicks Send Anyway might need a quick conversation, or a rule might need fixing. Let your admin know which.
- Share the report. Download the PDF report from Data Insights for your own leadership updates.
