Team management

Admins manage their organization from the web portal at app.sanitized.ai.

Roles

• User — protected by the browser extension; no portal access.
• Admin — manages members, roles, and organization settings.

Invite teammates

1. Go to Team in the portal.
2. Invite by email. New members receive a sign-in link.
3. Members join as User by default; promote to Admin as needed.

Note

Users provisioned through SSO join with the User role. An admin promotes them before they can access the portal.

Passwords

Password changes are self-serve via the email reset link. There is no admin-set-password flow.
